Only certified service animals are allowed in the Alhambra theatre, and must remain on a leash or harness at all times.

Please let a staff member know at least two weeks in advance if you require an ASL interpreter to enjoy the performance. We are happy to make accommodations.

The camera policy for shows at the Alhambra is set by the event promoter or performer. Please check your ticket to see if the policy is listed. If photography and/or videography is allowed, you may bring in a digital, disposable or 35mm camera. Professional cameras with detachable or telephoto lenses are prohibited.

We ask all guests to be respectful of those around them. Any guest who interferes with the enjoyment of another individual during an event is subject to immediate removal from the building. If you are asked to leave the building and do not comply, we reserve the right to involve law enforcement.
Standing on seats or any other building structures is not permitted and may result in removal from the event. Loitering in aisles and doorways also is prohibited.
Prohibited items include weapons of any kind, oversized bags and backpacks, outside food and beverages, cans, bottles, alcohol, drugs, laser pens, laptops, musical instruments (other than those onstage), video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices (unless special permission is granted) and cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses.
Smoking at the Alhambra including e-cigarettes and vaping is strictly prohibited.

The Alhambra Theatre staff have been trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure a safe evacuation of all patrons in the rare case of an emergency. Please take note of the nearest exit to your seat when you arrive at the venue and take caution when using the stairs. In the rare case of an evacuation, the elevator will be locked for your safety and not in operation.

Photography during shows is at the discretion of the event promoter or performer [see “Cameras” above] but flash typically is not permitted during shows as it can be very distracting to those onstage.

If you realize you’ve lost an item while still in the building, please inquire with Alhambra Theatre staff for assistance locating the item. If you discover you’ve lost an item after you’ve left the building, please call (270) 887-4295. The Alhambra Theatre assumes no responsibility for lost items.

If you have lost your tickets or believe they have been stolen, please return to your point of purchase or call the Box Office at (270) 887-4295 for further assistance.

Prohibited items include: all weapons including pocket knives, oversized bags and backpacks, outside food and beverages, cans, bottles, alcohol, drugs, laser pens, utility tools, laptops/tablets, musical instruments (except for those onstage), video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices (unless special permission is granted), selfie sticks and cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses.

The Alhambra Theatre has a no refund, no exchange policy on tickets for all shows and events. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, an email notification will be sent to ticket holders with information on what to do with their tickets.
We recommend that you not obtain tickets from unauthorized sources, as they may be stolen or counterfeit, and if so, are void.

Smoking and vaping (including E-cigarettes and similar devices) in all areas of the Alhambra Theatre is prohibited. You may smoke and vape outside the building in designated smoking areas. Lighting of matches, lighters, or any other flammable devices is not permitted within the building, and use of these devices may result in removal from the building. All smoking and similar paraphernalia (including E-cigarettes and similar devices) is strictly prohibited.

Tickets for events at the Alhambra Theatre may be purchased online through the event calendar at pennyroyalarts.org
Please be advised that the Alhambra Theatre and Pennyroyal Arts Council cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source. Counterfeit and other invalid tickets will not be honored by the Alhambra Theatre. BUYER BEWARE: Should you opt to purchase tickets from a source other than those listed above, please keep in mind the following:
• Admission is not guaranteed if tickets are invalid.
• Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• The Alhambra Theatre cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations, or other pertinent information.
Tickets are good only for the event for which they are purchased for and only for the seat for which they are issued. Tickets are non- transferrable.

Tickets for both accessible and non-accessible seating at the Alhambra Theatre may be purchased online at pennyroyalarts.org or by phone during business hours at (270) 887-4295. Tell the ticket agent you need accessible seating or select your seats from an accessible section when you purchase tickets online. Seating next to a companion is available to patrons who use wheelchairs.
